Expanding Our Services
As a General Contractor, we build things—primarily commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. Over thirty years ago we began adding staff to do architectural design. That allowed us to help clients in the pre-construction stage as a Design-Build contractor.
AJV Real Estate helps clients at even earlier stages of the process. We can help you with feasibility studies, site selection, financing, land acquisition and leasebacks.
We’re there to assist you through the process and solve your issues along the way. In some cases we even partner with clients in speculative real estate development projects. By leveraging the resources of all our divisions, we’re able to offer a wealth of industry knowledge with the convenience of working with just one company.
Feasibility Studies
Due to our extensive experience in building design, construction, and the commercial real estate market, we can help you estimate the total cost of any project. Combine that with your knowledge of potential returns from the project and you can quickly decide if it makes sense financially.
Site Selection
If you’re planning a project in the West Michigan area, we can assist you in finding a suitable site. We’re familiar with commercial property in our area and can help you understand the pros and cons of each location you might consider.
Financing
We understand all the options for funding a commercial or industrial building project. We can advise you on where to get financing at the best possible rates. We can even provide construction financing for certain projects through a private equity fund.
Land Acquisition

Leasebacks
Maybe you want the use of a new facility but prefer not to own it. We can build the project to your specifications and then lease it back to you.
