Design-Bid-Build

Value Engineering/Estimating
a.j. Veneklasen, Inc. has a strong commitment to timely and accurate cost estimating. Our phased estimating process parallels design development. Phasing recommendations and breakouts within the estimates are customized to meet client requirements. We also review critical elements of the architect/engineer’s plans for constructability.
